Our objective at Battery Power Systems is to provide exacting standards of service to all of our customers.

Within our custom designed factory, utilising the latest computer aided facilities, we carry the largest range of forktruck electrical spares and safety equipment to provide you with either SAME DAY or NEXT DAY delivery within the U.K.

All of our staff are fully trained and are ready to offer their assistance at all times.

QUALITY POLICY

Battery Power Systems Limited is committed to continually improving its range of products and services.

Our focus on quality has contributed to the development of our Quality Management System which consists of clearly defined processes and procedures for all activities, which are kept under constant review to ensure that we are able to offer the highest levels of service to our customers at all times.

The main thrust of our Quality Policy is to strengthen existing partnerships with Customers, Suppliers and Staff, and we are committed to maintaining good communication links with our customers, keeping them informed of order progress and continually assessing feedback.

The Company complies with the appropriate statutory and product specifications and our Quality Management Systems are formulated to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY

It is the policy of Battery Power Systems Limited to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, systems, premises and equipment for all its employees and to provide such information, training, instruction and supervision as is necessary to meet this commitment. Battery Power Systems Limited will do everything that is reasonably practicable to comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 incorporating the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997 and any statutory duties that may affect the Company.

Battery Power Systems Limited fully accepts its statutory responsibilities for the health, safety and welfare of employees, contractors, visitors and any others who may be affected by its activities, whether by contract or otherwise.

Battery Power Systems Limited employees have a responsibility for their own Health and Safety and the Health and Safety of any others affected by either their acts or omissions.

Battery Power Systems Limited acknowledge their responsibility to the local community and will take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that no detriment comes to it.

The allocation of duties and responsibilities for health and safety matters and the arrangements to implement this policy are set out in the pages below.

The Health and Safety Policy will be updated and reviewed as the business or circumstances change. The review will take place annually in line with the business plan or more frequently should circumstances dictate.

This policy will be accorded equal priority, as any of Battery Power Systems policies, and is the direct concern of Battery Power Systems Directors.
